Probably. I know I am. For at least 10 hours a day, I am sitting - on the metro, at my desk, at the dinner table.
So imagine my horror to read more bad news about the damage of sitting down. A new study, published this Tuesday in BMJ, found that sitting down for more than three hours a day can cut a person's life expectancy by two years.
