Now that we've all had a week to digest HIMSS 2011-- what do you think the key take aways were from the meeting?  Certainly EMRs and PHRs dominated the conversation, but were there trends that flew under the radar that should have gotten more attention?

With HIMSS11 kicking off this Sunday, meaningful use continues to be in the spotlight, and will certainly prove to be an important topic at the show. Just this week, the HIMSS organization released findings from a survey to assess hospitals' adoption of health IT and meeting meaningful use.

Mobile technology is quickly making its way into the medical world with the first-ever FDA-approved medical imaging application.
