Health Care Trends With a Social Media Twist
Who hasn’t given in to a glass of red wine after a long day at the office, or grabbed a latte to give you a caffeine boost, or how about that slice of pizza for dinner because you don’t feel like cooking? You know it’s bad for you, but you do it anyway. And after a little while, you think…..maybe I shouldn’t have eaten that or drank that? Well, if you never have, congratulations! But for most of us, we have and immediately want to know how we can get “rid” of those unwanted calories, quick and easy without it feeling like exercise. The folks at Everyday Health have come up with 10 different ways to burn away those “guilty pleasures” ……. and I have to say, many of these guilty pleasures are some of my favorite foods!
So lace up those sneakers and take the dog for a 40 minute walk. Or jump rope for 12 minutes. Or hop on a bike and go for a 30 minute ride. Maybe, just maybe you will burn off those unwanted calories, get a much needed mood boost in the process, but most of all HAVE FUN!
